In response to the publication of the independent evaluation report on personal health budgets, Zelda Peters, Turning Point's Managing Director of Mental Health Services said:

'The positive outcomes in the evaluation of the pilot demonstrates the benefit of providing people, including those with complex needs, greater choice and control over the support they receive. We hope the further roll out of personal health budgets continues to engage and benefit those with mental health issues and people with a learning disability in a way that improves people's quality of life; supports them to access a wider range of support; and allows people in receipt of individual social care budgets to integrate the two around their needs.'
