Turning Point publishes 2014/15 Annual Report to Tenants

News item posted: 19 June 2017

Today we’re publishing our 2014/15 Annual Report to Tenants which highlights some of the work undertaken last year to ensure the people we support are involved in everything we do.

The report captures successes from the last year; from growing our peer mentor programme to embedding a new recovery charter designed by people from our mental health services, to the first national meeting of the People’s Parliament – a forum led by people with learning disabilities to discuss key changes they’d like to make in their local communities.

The report also includes information from our 2014 residential satisfaction survey, which found that 92% of respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied with the support and help that they received from Turning Point.
