On Thursday 07th March Earls Court Health and Wellbeing Centre celebrated International Women's Day.

The Wellbeing event showcased a wide variety of activities including Laughter Yoga, Zumba, Tribal Dancing, Wellbeing Coaching and a workshop on starting your own business. Foods from around the world, as well as raw food tasting were on offer.

The Health and Wellbeing Centre offers a range of services with a commitment to delivering care that addresses an individual's physical, mental and social wellbeing alongside their medical needs.

Rachel Hamburg, Community Involvement Coordinator for Turning Point said;

"For International Women's Day we wanted to celebrate physical and mental wellbeing, from the benefits of laughter and exercise, to the positive effect that employment can have on a person's self esteem.

The programme included practitioners who are passionate about what they do, work flexibly and are able to earn money using the skills they have. I hope that people left the event inspired to explore their own skills and passions, as well as with a few new dance moves."
