For Friends and Family

If you have a friend or family member with a mental health issue it can be difficult to manage. It can change everyone's lives, disrupt your family and you may even find yourself in the role of carer. But you needn't go it alone. We're here to provide the support, information and advice you need.

Caring for someone with mental health issues brings about many decisions and challenges. But with the right support, we know it's possible to turn lives around. We empower people to make their own choices and support them in their individual journey towards recovery.

We are here to help. We can provide the advice, information and support and in some areas provide the respite services you need to continue supporting the people you care about.

Our ARROW toolkit supports people to maintain, develop and manage their own journey towards recovery. It helps the people we support and their support team to create and measure outcomes that are appropriate to their individual needs.

Person Centred Approach

We treat everyone as an individual, addressing their own unique needs. To ensure we achieve this fully person-centred approach, we've developed measurement tools that help us benchmark our performance and show we're making a real difference.

Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance

We are dedicated to the people we support - offering them high quality, award-winning services. We foster a culture of excellence and have rigorous checks in place to make sure we consistently meet the high standards we set.
